Refund of Purchase

Hey, WordPress Team! I purchased a package thinking I’d have time to blog more, but in reality I don’t. Being a single mom of two keeps you pretty busy if you can imagine. Since it’s within 30 days of the original purchase, I’d like a full refund please!

We cannot do this for you.
You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade.

Know that if you cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it so if you want to keep it and use it on another site please let Staff know that.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel an upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for jayxbird.wordpress.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
