Refund of purchase

    Hi,

    I would like to ask for a refound of the last bill. We don’t use the WordPress plaform domain anymore.

    I had excluded the .com domain now.

    It’s been more than a year that I don’t use wordpress, but I haven’t realized that there was an authomatic payment for the renewal. You can check the date of my last backup.

    Please, I’d like to cancel and get my refund of $18.

    WordPress.com offers refunds within 30 days for upgraded plans.
    Please note: Domain registrations are only refundable for 48 hours.
