  Using WordPress.com is very confusing to me. I would like to have a full refund of my purchase and close my account.

  The site wreaths-and-more.com is hosted at Bluehost and should not need a WordPress.com refund, but staff can confirm if there are any purchases on this account.

  @wreathsandmore your last purchase on this account was in 2015. If you have a recent purchase through another account and you’re eligible for a refund, please log in as that user and get in touch at http://wordpress.com/help/contact to cancel.
