Refund of renewal and cancellation of page

    Hi there,

    Around a year ago I set up my wordpress page with a group of university students as part of an assignment. We decided to pay the extra money to get the .org domain as well as a nice layout for our page. We have not used the site since June 2015.

    One of the other students created the .org setting and used my credit card details to make the payment, as no one else in the group had a credit card. I was not aware this was an ‘auto-renewal’ payment and thought my credit card had been hacked when I noticed yesterday a suspicious $129 payment. I have tried to access my billing history and payment settings to try to rectify the situation however the page doesn’t seem to be loading properly (keeps going to a blank page with the wordpress logo in the middle of it).

    I’m a poor uni student struggling to make ends meet and can simply not afford to pay $129 for something I do not use. I hope you can appreciate the circumstances I am in and are able to refund me the money and close down the site.
