  Hi,
  I would like to cancel my subscription (have done already) and domain transfer (cancelled last night). Will you refund the money I paid for it (£36)?

  Hi julialyubova,

  We issued a refund on 9th October and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
