Refund of subscription as I’ve cancelled my account

    A $30.05 amount was taken from my paypal account last night. I had not realised that I had subscribed, as I just had a play around with domain names which cost me $13, and never actually launched a wordpress blog. I would like the $30 refunded to me as it was a subscription for the next year and I was unaware that it would be taken out of my paypal account. Fiona Moore

    Hi there!

    I can see that you’ve already canceled the auto-renewed payment, and a refund is on its way to you. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Note that your bank/credit card may take some time to process it on their end.
