  Meanwhile, here is an info on refunds:

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund</blockquote

  Hi there,

  You cancelled your upgrade less than an hour ago.

  We processed your refund immediately, and you can see a receipt for the transaction in your billing history, here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  But it will not appear in your bank account immediately, as your bank needs to process the transaction on their end, and we have no control over that process. Refunds usually take around ten business days to appear in your account, but it can sometimes take longer with non-US banks. Please follow up with your bank directly if you haven’t received the refund yet after that time.
