Refund of theme not working

I am trying to get a refund on the Standard theme which I am no longer using, however when I click refund, a window pops up with no further options. It has been under 30 days since purchase.

Sorry for the trouble with that refund! Our team is looking into why that process isn’t working correctly.
I went ahead and cancelled your Standard theme purchase and issued a full refund. (Please note it can take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.) Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
