Refund of Transaction

    I received an email from WordPress on December 21, 2022 explaining that the following was set to expire on January 20, 2023.

    Because it was the holidays, I planned to cancel renewal before expiration but now see I was charged the fee one month in advance. How do I ask for a refund (I have already cancelled renewal) since I still have 11 days before expiration?

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve had a look at the account and can see there’s been a payment reversal for $18 domain registration on psydeh.com. Please check with your bank provider to find out when they’ll release the funds in your account, and also how it’s going to look on the statement. Write back if more help is needed.
