Refund on a premium plan.

    Hello, I would like to get a refund on my premium plan. I have tried to reach out to many contact/support individuals to get this taken care of. I have emailed billing department twice, and have received no response.

    I have no purchases to cancel on my dashboard on both websites. Both websites are demonstrated free, despite I have been charged 114.00. I had a power outage when there was an email of an expiration of this domain and this plan, and then promptly it was getting renewed. I would have liked to have cancelled this if it was available on my dashboard.

    I reached out roughly before the 48 hours were up for my refund, however, since no one has contacted me back in several days now, I do not know how this refund works if I can’t get a hold of anyone to please issue me a refund.
