Refund on different card

    Hello there! I am expecting a refund to my account within the next 7 business days, but the refund is going toward a card I don’t use anymore. Can I change the method of payment which the refund goes toward?

    Hi @theglassroseblog, the refund can only go to the card that was originally charged.

    In fact in your case, the charge was reversed already — because you requested the refund so quickly after the charge, we never actually received funds from you. So essentially instead of a refund, the original charge was removed.

    That should already be reflected, too. Please contact your bank if you have further questions about how they display that.
