Refund on domain

  Hello!

  I cancelled my $18 domain purchase on Nov 27. I got the confirmation email and all to cancel but it still has not reflected on my account. Instead it shows I was billed $18 and no refund was ever issued. I would like my money back but it’s so difficult to get in touch with someone with regards to this.

  I am unsure why that refund didn’t go through the first time. My apologies. I know how frustrating it can be to have to contact a company to get a refund done correctly.

  I have manually processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
