Refund on Domain

  Hello,

  I have paid for a domain today and decided that I didn’t want it. I have since cancelled and deleted my subscription I was hoping to get a refund as it said that if I cancel within 4 days I can talk to someone about getting a refund.

  Hi there!

  You can cancel a domain registered through WordPress.com within two days of purchase and receive a full refund.

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. International refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days.

  Please let us know the domain address which you’ve cancelled.

  I have also added the *modlook* tag into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.

  Hi there,

  I’ve refunded the domain-portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
