Refund on domain

I read that I have 96 hours at/prior to renewal to request refund. My domain doesn’t renew until 2/11/22, but I was charged on my credit card on 1/13. Today is 2/2 – do I quality for refund?

All our subscriptions automatically renew (unless you disable that feature) 30 days before expiration. That is to prevent any issues that may arise with the payment without disruptions to your site.
That said, the 96h refund window for domains is from the date of the purchase/renewal, so I’m afraid no refund would be possible in this case.What we can do instead is to restore the domain (we still have a few days to do that) back to your site and disable the auto-renewal. That way, you can keep the domain for one more year or even transfer it to another site if needed. Let us know how you’d like to proceed.
