Refund on domain cancellation.

  Hello,

  I cancelled my domain name subscription on Jan 24th within 24 hours. However, I still did not receive a refund for the amount.

  Can you check if the refund was processed and when will I receive it?

  The staff have said that it takes 7 to 10 business days for the money to get back to your account – the slow is the banks after the credit leaves WordPress.COM

  Yes, the refund has been processed and as @auxclass mentioned, it usually takes 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Please give a few more days and let us know if you still do not see it.
