refund on domain name

    I purchased my name for my business makeandscoff.co.uk but I can’t purchase it anywhere. WordPress promised me I could have it after 5 days. I can’t. Please sort this out. I cannot launch my brand until I can buy my domain name. Go Daddy said I could have it for £48 what a joke! I don’t want to use a broker.. You are forcing me to buy it for £15 so whats going on. This is not fair Sharon HOlmes

    Hi –

    Looks like the domain was registered and cancelled on the same day, April 15th. When that happens the domain is typically released with in 5 days and you can register it somewhere else at that point. Obviously that didn’t happen this time and I am unsure why.

    I can restore the domain to your WordPress.com account for you. Then, you can point it to the provider of choice by editing the name servers on it. Click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – DNS

    Contact your hosting provider to find out what name servers you should use on the domain.

    In order to proceed we will need to send an $18 domain registration payment form to you via email. Since the domain + plan were previously refunded we have to collect that fee again.
