Refund on domain of a Premium Plan Subscription Cancellation

Hello,
I, unfortunately, never ended up creating / publishing / using my Premium Plan, including domain. I did not receive a notice that the subscription was renewing (which I would have cancelled, if so), but saw the post to my bank. I have cancelled the subscription and the refund has been issued for that piece. I am trying to get the $26 refund for the domain name. I went through my account and deleted the domain but am not sure how to reach someone to get a refund on domain.

Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. I can help with this. Can you tell me if you have plans to use wonderfullcollective.com again in the future? If we cancel and refund the domain registration you’ll be forfeiting ownership of that domain.
