Refund on Domain (that was included in the Premium Plan)

I have requested a refund for the Premium Plan and saw on the ‘Manage Purchase’ section that I would be receiving a refund for the plan minus the price of the domain. However, I saw on the WordPress website that I should be eligible for the domain refund (I have canceled my plan within 48 hours). Could you let me know the process for receiving the refund for the domain? Thank you.

I’ve just refunded the domain costs to you — the plan has now been refunded in full.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
