Refund on Jetpack personal subscription

  On Apr 27, 2017, I purchased Jetpack Personal to backup a multisite site http://khatchad.commons.gc.cuny.edu for $14.00. However, today, I found out that the backup never worked (see https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/jetpack-backup-works-with-vaultpress/#post-3837878). May I have a refund?
