refund on mapping

  seems like I’ve had the same issues as a few others, but I realize now I do not need the mapping feature for what I am trying to do and would like a refund. I read through the support and it says there is a refund button in the upgrade section. Only problem is I don’t have that section?

  sorry to hear that. I’ve been looking all day for a direct contact with WP and their site seems to give me the run arround or I am just missing it. This seems like it’s the best way so far. If you find anything out let me know and I’ll do the same.

  @jstolarski: it is possible to remove domain mapping (if you just bought a domain mapping from us for $12, for a domain registered elsewhere) from Upgrades > Domains (sometimes you can see it named as Store > Domains). Here is the direct link to that page:
