Refund on mapping

I purchased mapping of my domain before but no longer want it to be mapped, it is within my 30 day refund period but when i go to cancel it doesn’t give me the option for a refund, just a cancellation as it’ after a “2 day” period which was never mentioned for mapping. I am not happy and it’s clear false advertising for a full refund before 30 days no quibble.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel any upgrade.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours and is clearly stated here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel domain mapping and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Be aware that I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. If you purchased the domain through wordpress.COm then Staff need to know if you want to use the domain URL on another site or not.

I no longer want to map my domain to wordpress that is all. I had the right to cancel and get a full refund as stated here in the bottom left when purchasing. However upon trying to cancel it says i wont get a refund.

https://louiswalkerdotcodotuk.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.
I believe you may have deleted the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL that you set up to map from to your domain prematurely ie. without actually removing the domain mapping first.
Be patient while waiting for a Staff foolwo-up please.
