    I need to sign up again because my old account under username 88 homebread was permanently deleted, I have no other ways to contact you at less I sign up again, anyway, the reason that I contacted because I want to ask about the refund under the transaction [redacted] in amount 386.75 THB. Can you please check, until now I still don’t receive any refund. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I can see we issued the refund on June 16. Please note that refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.

    Please wait a few more days and then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
