refund on payment

    Hi there,

Please see a closed request at the beginning of the year. I did specify to please contact (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I have only just found this response in my junk mail.

I am giving my confirmation now, so please refund the $99 that was incorrectly taken from our account.

    Many Thanks.

    Hi there,

On the 29th of December you have taken $99 from our company credit card without our authorisation (please note auto renewal was and is not enabled on this upgrade and Manual renewal is clearly selected).

Please return the $99 to the card as we do not wish to renew this upgade.

    Many thanks

    Justin Morris

    Hi Justin,

Please verify that you want to cancel the renewal of the Premium bundle for gdst1872.wordpress.com, including the domain mapping for newcastlehighschool.co.uk.

With your confirmation, I’ll cancel the renewal and issue a refund. Thanks!

    Hi there,
    March the 19.’th 2014, I created a blog on wordpress.com
I didn’t know how to handle anything on the website, and wanted therefore to try a premium membership (As I recall, there is a 2 week-trial for new users) So I did.
Last night I got an email from my bank, telling me that 299 dollars was taken off my account from this website.

number 1 problem; It hasn’t been 2 weeks before Wednesday

    2) I can’t find prove anywhere that the money has been paid. Which means, I am still not a premium user, and my billing history tells that nothing has been billed.

    3) I don’t WANT TO be a premium user. Especially not the most expensive one.

Therefore, is there some way to cancel the renewal and get refund? I really can’t afford paying so many money to something I don’t even know how to use..
    Thank you
