Refund on Personal Bundle

    Hi, I purchased a personal bundle that included domain mapping last month. As I’ve found I needed to move to a site hosting service using wordpress.org instead of wordpress.com, I’m interested in getting refunded for the personal bundle year subscription as the site was not used.

    Hi,

    From looking at your account I can confirm the Personal plan and domain mapping has been cancelled. I’ve just refunded that for you. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.
