Hi, I have cancelled subscription of a purchased plan for premium WordPress. I would like to request a refund.

Hi there,
I have refunded the charges for the Premium Plan. It can take up to 7-10 days for the refund to post to your bank statement. I also removed the mapping subscriptions for softtouchindustries.com and softtouchproducts.com as they were connected to the Plan.

As @staff-doublebassd mentioned, we issued a refund already on February 6. There’s nothing further to do on our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
Please note that some credit card companies/banks will remove the original charge from the statement instead of posting the refund. This may take them one billing cycle. Please contact your bank/card issuer to find out the status of the refund.
