Contact admin!!!!! I do not want to address this to the public forum, but have no choice as I cannot find any way to contact administration. This is the second time I have requested a refund of the $17 WordPress automatically renewed on 31 May. I have received no notification from you that this will occur. I am unable to do this through manage purchases as I only have the option to sign up to another plan!! I have not used this site and I do not want to continue. all I could do was remove my card from my account. Please respond to my query asap, as you are now in breach of Australian Consumer law.

a refund of the $17 WordPress automatically renewed on 31 May.
I’ve just refunded the $17 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
I have received no notification from you that this will occur
We sent a renewal email to the address on your Account Settings page on 1 May 2017. If you didn’t receive it the email may have gone to your spam folder, sometimes they can end up there.
We haven’t received another request for a refund from the account you are logged in to, this forum thread is the only request I can see. But the refund is on its way to you now. There are no domain mapping upgrades active on your account so you won’t be charged again.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
