Refund on Premium Package & Domain registration
-
Hello,
I noticed yesterday by my bank that I was charged on June 25th of $125. When looking at the debit name, I checked on the internet and saw that WordPress.com had charged me of a Premium Package and Domain registration renewals without my consent or prior advise.
Given that I was debited on my account only yesterday even though you write on your site it was on June 20th, I consider that I am within the 2-day policy refund. I can provide you with a bank receipt screenshot if need be.As such, I expect to be 100% refunded of the $125 that you charged me even though I NEVER asked for an automatic renewal of any kind.
I created my blog a year ago (almost), knowing I would not have the time to upgrade it. You can check, there is only one article. As a matter of fact, I only carefully suscribed for a one-year period.Waiting for your answer, I remain to your entire disposal would you need any further information.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that originally purchased the upgrade(s) to cancel.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refundsNote: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
If you wish to contact Financial Staff about the charges you see on your statement, please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed):

Seriously,
Could you be more accurate about how to ask for a refund when I can’t see any button for cancellation or for refund? -
Hi again,
Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog, who is the Admin of the blog and who purchased the upgrade(s) for the Blog? You must be logged in under the exact same username account that originally purchased the upgrade(s) to cancel here > Dashboard > Store > My UpgradesClicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryP.S. I previously tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up.

Hi there,
It appears your premium bundle and domain were automatically renewed on 6/20/13.
Part of your premium bundle is the domain art-and-fashion-in-paris.com.
I can either cancel the entire renewal, including the domain, and refund you $99, or I can refund the rest of the Premium upgrade purchase (for $81) so that you can continue to use the domain art-and-fashion-in-paris.com for your WordPress.com site, or you may point the name servers to another hosting provider in order to use the domain somewhere else.
Here’s more information about using your domain at another hosting provider:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/If you do not wish to continue to use your domain, we can cancel it as well. Please note that once it’s been cancelled, it may not become available in the future to register again. We typically would advise against this course of action unless you are certain you do not plan to use the domain in the future.
When I checked your account, I noticed that your domain had not been bundled automatically with your premium bundle, so I have already refunded you the extra cost of that domain renewal, which was in error.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
