Refund on Premium plan

  Hello,

  Since the site will not be in use for a while, I would like to cancel my premium plan renewed on 11/06/2021 for £84. The transaction ID for this was [redacted by staff]

  Please let me know if this is possible?

  This is a public forum. Please don’t post sensitive information like payment transaction IDs here.

  I don’t see any recent payment on the account you’re using to post here. The transaction ID you provided is for a premium plan payment on your account on 11 July 2020. That payment can no longer be refunded.

  We sent you an email on 11 June that the renewal for that plan was approaching in 30 days, on 11 July, so no renewal has taken place yet. You cancelled the plan on 20 June, so now no renewal will take place either, as you no longer own that plan.

  The last charge we have on record for your account was when you renewed your domain in November last year. You can view all past payments on your account from the billing history page, here:
