refund on premium purchase

  so i checked my billing history and it says i got refunded for $73 dollars. I still haven’t received that yet, i just checked my bank account online. Also there was some confusion when purchasing so it took out also $79 and the $99, both which are the same thing for the premium. Over all, it should just take out $99 and refund me the $73 and the $79. I will be waiting for that refund. Please let me know when this is figured out. thank you
