  Hi, I purchased a premium theme this morning – Duet. It’s a beautiful theme, but I think I like Chateau better. May I please request a refund on my Duet purchase?

  You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
