Refund on Premium Theme

I just purchased a premium theme for my blog but it didn’t work as I wanted to, I literally had it for less than an hour before returning to my old theme, I would like a refund – how can I arrange this?

I have processed that refund for you and removed the theme from your account upgrades. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
