Refund on Premium upgrade charged for a site moved to self hosted!

  Hi there
  I’ve just received Paypal notification of payment for renew WordPress Premium service for my site that was moved to self hosted several months ago. I simply do not and will not pay for a service I do not need.
  I want to get a refund immediately on this transaction.

  Please advise.

  You should turn off the auto renew if you don’t need the services. You can also process your own refund

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades

  I have turned off auto renew but I do not see any option to request a refund under My upgrades. Only “Add credit card” & “Cancel”. Please advise.

  The staff work requests from oldest to newest, every time you bump this thread you move to the back of the line, you were at the head of the line until this bump

  Hi,

  Can you verify your e-mail address is correct at http://wordpress.com/settings/ and that you’ve checked both your Spam as well as the “Social” tab in Gmail?

  I just forwarded you a copy of the note again as well.

  Hi, so Just seen your resend. So I am happy if they simply refund the fee and I will cancel the chargeback on paypal so say this is resolved.

  Sounds great. Please do cancel the chargeback and let me know when you’ve done so. I’ll process the refund as soon as PayPal clears the hold (since they won’t let us refund while the chargeback is pending).
