Refund on pro bundle and guided transfer

Hi,
I recently purchased the pro bundle however I am still finding myself very restricted in the administration of my site. For example I have affiliates I wish to add advertising banners for and also I would like to add my favicons and Im starting to learn I am going to be unable to do these things unless I change over to WordPress.org.
As I have already paid for my own domain and the pro bundle I was wondering if it was going to be possible to get a refund on these so I am put the money towards the guided transfer over to WordPress.org?
Any help you may give me in regards to this situation would be greatly appreciated

Hi there,
You can cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
Note that your domain has different rules from the Value Bundle and is only eligible for a refund within its first 48 hours of life, so if you would like a refund for that you will need to act quickly!

Thankyou for the reply! Just wondering also if I cancel does this mean I will not be able to have videos on my blog? What exactly do I lose if I do not have video press?

Hi there,
You are correct, you would not be able to upload or host videos on your site any longer. You will however still be allowed to embed videos from third party sources, such as Vimeo or YouTube. You can read more about VideoPress and what it provides you (and therefore what you won’t have any longer if you choose not to keep it) right here:
