Refund on purchase.

Hi,
I ordered a premium theme and premium account. After a week we decided we would shift towards wordpress.org. I requested three refunds for theme and the two upgrades. However I only received the refund for two of these.
The funny thing is that it does show I have a free account instead of the purchased one. Which means my payment is cancelled, i just did not receive the funds.
Please advise.

It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/billing

Hi,
Thanks for the overview. It indeed displays no refund for the €99,- for purchasing the premium theme. However it also displays in the upgrades section that I do have a free account, so the information contradicts.
I’m also pretty sure that I did request a refund. I’m happy to send the financial overview via a private channel.

Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the premium plan and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
