Refund on purchase

    Good morning, when I purchased this product it showed that it was 6.99 for 36 months. now its saying its an up front fee of 250. in no way is this okay, this is a scam to draw people in. I work in a financial institution and see these scams all the time. I need a refund for the full 250 and cancel my purchase. I don’t want to deal with a company that starts off with lies. thank you.

    Hi @fatimaluthi95, we’ve never had an offer of 6.99 for 36 months. Might you have bought hosting somewhere else?

    Noting as well, I do not see any $250 purchases on this account either, nor can I think of any of our packages that have that particular price.

    If the charge says wpchrg.com on it, can you please go to that site and enter in the date of purchase, etc, to determine which account this was purchased under? That site is secure, so if you do have a charge from wpchrg.com please be sure to check there rather than posting sensitive information in these forums.
