Refund on purchasers x 2

I purchased two plans last week and would like a refund as the purchase was incorrect I purchased premium plan for $120AUD on the 05/09/2020 then upgraded to a business plan for $276AUD Paypal on 05/09/2020 how can i cancel as none of the repurchase appear on my managed purchases?

What is the URL of the site you bought these upgrades for?
The
vinceluppinoaccount you’re using to post here only owns a free site, https://httpsadelaidebuildingandpropertyinspections.wordpress.com/, and has never bought any upgrades from us.If you’ve bought upgrades for another site on WordPress.com, you did that while logged in as a different username account, and you need to be logged in as that account to cancel these upgrades.

Hi,
This is the only site I was working on both payments have been debit from my credit card. $120 and $276 on 7 September 2020 each payment has a number of [redacted by staff] and the transaction was complete through my paypal account.
I havent set up any other accounts?

The transaction number you’ve provided also does not match any transactions in our system.
Searching your name as indicated in this account, Vince Luppino, I do see transactions for the amounts you mentioned on a site, https://adelaidebuildingandpropertyinspections.wordpress.com. Does that sound like your site?
If so, that site belongs to a completely different account, and we’ll need you to log in as that account to cancel and refund your upgrades.
