  I recently purchased the React Theme and it is actually not the best to suit my needs. Can I get a refund? I don’t know who to contact.

  Sept. 23.

  I recently purchased the Traction theme on wordpress.com and realize that I need to use it with wordpress.org. I would like to request a refund, but WP support is out of commission until Oct. 29th the site says. How do I cancel my purchase ofTraction which expires Oct 1?

  There should be a refund button at Dashboard >> Store

  If you can’t find it this thread has been flagged for staff attention and they check the forum on a regular basis.

  corinnerichardson, you purchased traction on September 2, which means that is past our 30-day refund period, and I can no longer generate a refund.
