Refund on receipt# 88765359

    Hi,

    I was debited $138 NZ on 10/01/2024 at 11:50 pm.

    I switched to the free plan right after to explore because i don’t know what i’m paying for,

    I’ve received a confirmation email that only $69 NZD would be refunded.

    Can you advise why is this? Why am i not receiving a full refund when i’m using the free plan?
