  I was recently charged for a subscription renewal on a domain I don’t want/use. Can you please refund the $300+ dollars to my credit card?

  I don’t see any upgrades under this account, though. Can you log out and log back in with the account you used to buy the upgrade, and could you also include a link to the site?

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:
