Refund on the domain

  I purchased a domain, I tried cancelling it while it was in the ‘renewing’ process it didn’t let me cancel the process and now after a week I forgot about. until I saw the charge on the credit card. and I can’t talk to an agent

  Domain name registrations and renewals are refundable if the domain is canceled within 96 hours (4 days) from when the domain was registered or renewed – https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#domains
