  Hi kimpaciottiwp,

  What I’ve understood from your statement is that you’ve purchased one of WordPress.com plan which you did not intent to and you need refund of the same.

  I am tagging this thread for modlook so that someone from staff can assist you further.

  It would be great if you could provide your site URL and little bit more description of your problem so that staff’s efforts will be reduced and your request might be processed faster.
