Refund on value bundle?

Hi, I purchased a value bundle for $99 before realizing that my needs were better suited to wordpress.org. I cancelled my order on my admin page over a month ago as far as I can tell, but my credit card has not been refunded yet. I continue to check the statements, but nothing appears. And, I see no record of the cancelled order on my admin page. Would you please confirm that my order has been cancelled? When should I expect a refund?

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I don’t understand either why no history shows, but the credit card shows the bill. Am I looking at the wrong blog, perhaps? I thought it was LittWorldOnline. Thank you for your help!

What’s required is the username account that purchased the value bundle upgrade and an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question.
Do you have more than one username account?

Hi,
the username is littworldonline and the blog is: http://littworldonline.wordpress.com/We have another blog, but it’s on wordpress.org. I don’t think it’s the same username account.
Perhaps I mistakenly have been looking at another wordpress.com blog with username littworld that was started at a different time.

littworldonline was the user who purchased the upgrade, not littworld.
Actually, this bundle was purchased on February 2, and has passed the 30-day refund period, so we will not be able to generate a refund for it.

So, I just checked again from http://littworldonline.wordpress.com/. I went to the upper right hand corner, and click on littworld user, which takes me to the admin page. There I find no record of the purchase or refund. It seems that WordPress.com has confused the two different users, so that when I go to admin from the above URL, it’s not taking me to to the correct admin page.

I don’t understand why when I go to this URL, the upper corner is “littworld” as the user. Can I send you a screen shot?

You’re seeing that because you are logged in as littworld. You’ll see that no matter which WordPress.com blog you visit.

I purchased a value bundle for $99 today but I want to cancel it now. As much as I press the “cancel” button, it just won’t do anything. Can you please help? Thanks x

Your bundle included a domain registration.
If you’d like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $74.
As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.
Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
Of course, I can cancel and refund the whole bundle and domain for $99 if you don’t mind losing the domain.
