Refund on yearly subscription

  Hi there,

  I’ve been trying to cancel this wordpress site and account without any luck. It also hasn’t been used since it began last year.

  I’ve just noticed you have charged me the yearly subscription a month before it was due to renew. Since I have been trying to cancel it, I would very much appreciate if you would refund me the subscription charges and wipe the site off the face of the earth. The site is marinesquarebrighton.com.

  I can help you with that.

  However, the user account you are writing from is not the owner of that WordPress.com site or the marinesquarebrighton.com upgrade. This would explain why you were having trouble canceling the upgrade. Only the upgrade owner can do that.

  You must have created a second WordPress.com account at some point.
