Refund options

    Hello ;
    i just refunded my plan to switch my hosting to Bluehost, i received the Refund confirmation email from and i only have a question about the Payment method i used,
    -will i receive the refund on The virtual card that i used to pay for the plan or do i need to do a step further, thank you for your time !

    Hi there – Once the refund is complete the full amount will be put back onto the form of payment that was originally debited for the purchase. There is nothing else you will need to do. :)

    Hello ;
    Thank you for your reply, just because i used a virtual credit card to pay for the plan, i was asking if the amount would be refunded on the Virtual credit card, thank you again for the answer !

    Please follow up with the bank where you got the virtual card to find out exactly how they handle refunds to that card.
