Refund over the holidays

Hi, I just upgraded by paying $17 (registering and mapping of domain) but I would like to cancel and refund this.
I was told we only have 48 hours to cancel but they are now closed for the holidays…how do I go ahead and cancel and refund? Can a staff please help me? ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
