Many thanks for reaching out. It looks like the fee for the domain transfer needed to be refunded and this has now been done so.

Would you be willing to tell me more about what caused this dissatisfaction?
If there’s an experience I can turn around, I’d love to do so. Additionally, if there’s some product feedback we can obtain, I’d love to also obtain that as well.

hey, thanks for your response. I have been charged 52.15 but got refunded two payments 29.71 and 19.46.
I know 2.98 doesn’t make a big difference just so I know may I missing anything?

Those numbers don’t look right. Are you looking at a different currency perhaps?
Your account currency is EUR. I can see that you originally paid us €57.60. And we refunded in two separate refunds, €34.80 and €22.80, so €57.60 in total. (You can click on the amounts to see the corresponding receipts or go to https://wordpress.com/me/billing to see all receipts at once.)
Is your bank account/card currency different than EUR?
