Refund payment

    My website is kantiblue.com and my email is kanti (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i was purchase plan on 4 feb and then i was cancel but i not recieve my amount but wordpress team not help me poor custmor support

    Refunds usually takes around 10-12 days to show in your account. Here is the support document that will help you to know more about the refund process:

    Hello –

    I’ve had a look at your account and can see that we processed a refund on 2019-February 4th. Please contact your bank at this time. They can inform you on their processing times.
