  Howdy,

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 1-22-21. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

  Hi,
  Thank you for your email. I checked with them yesterday. They said my account hasn’t received yet. And I gave them ARN, but they didn’t know about it. They cant check it. They request me ask you about payment order. Pls kindly send to me your payment witness, so I can submit to them.
