I have cancelled my domain registration and hosting from wordpress last week for which refund is still pending

I can see the refund was made on February 20th. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.
In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

So the refund of the money will appear back into your account, but you may not see any actual transaction of that happening on your bank statement. The original transaction of the charge would just be removed from your bank statement.

I have not yet received the refund, can your team please help me with when the refund will be given

Like staff-mckluskey mentioned, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your bank statement.
We processed the refund back to you on 2/20 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would reach out to your bank. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end.

Have you already reached out to your bank?
As we explained before, the refund on our end was already processed on February 20th.Your refund was likely processed as a reversed transaction so do not look for a new transaction but rather make sure that the original transaction should disappear from your statement. In any case, your bank should be able to help you with that as they do have access to your account and all the information.

You can find the transaction ID associated with the refund by going to your Billing History page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Just open the refund receipt and look for the Transaction ID field.

Thank you for your continuos support.
Though your team has processed the refund, unfortunately the same is not reflecting in my savings account.i have not paid it using my credit card, but instead paid through debit card.
if you guys can check from your bank whether they have released the money or not?
since my bank has not yet credited the amount.

It doesn’t matter. You will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your purchase (debit card).

Since you canceled on the same day you were billed we never received any funds. The charge was simply reversed.
Contact your bank and give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt and they’ll be able to help you with this.

I had discussed this with my bank and they are saying there is no floating balance with them in my account and as of now nothing is standing to be credited in my account.
Please if you can check with your merchant what is the status

There’s nothing to be credited in your bank account because that payment was most probably reversed.
I checked our payments processor and the payment is refunded/reversed.

Hi there, you will not see a refund on your account. The money was not taken from you.
The refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should just disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued. Does that make sense?
You should check your bank statement to see if the transaction is still there, if it is, ask your bank about it and let them know the payment was reversed. -

This is not happening, i am in continuous follow up with my bank and they are saying that nothing has been processed at your end in my account and that there is no refund yet.
I don’t understand i am being slogged in between your bank and my bank, my bank is saying as per the details no refund has yet been processed and also no reversal of entry is there.
I don’t understand if amount has been debited from my account then how come your team has not recieved it yet.
Please look into this matter seriously and provide me solution as my bank has not yet received any update regarding your refund transaction.

Everything that I can see from our end indicates that the funds were returned to your bank on Feb 20th.
To cover all our bases I have asked the payments team to take a closer look and make sure there’s nothing weird happening.
Your bank will be able to tell you how the refund is going to appear on that account statement as well.
