Refund period

    I’m interested in setting up a site on Word Press. However, what happens if I pay and then I decide not to use the site or it doesn’t work for me? I don’t want to pay a year up front and lose that money. It might take me a week or so to figure it all out since I’ve never build or had a site. Thank you

    Hi there!

    You can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. Bear in mind that if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
